Refund Policy

  • A non-refundable 15% of the total course fee applies in all cases.
  • If you withdraw before the course begins, you'll receive a refund minus the 15% non-refundable fee.
  • No refunds are provided if you leave or discontinue the course after it starts..
  • If a batch is cancelled by Pivotal Soft, you can either get a full refund or join a different batch.
  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days from approval.
  • If you’re paying in installments, refund eligibility will follow the conditions of your installment agreement.
  • For enrollments through partner platforms, the refund process will follow that platform’s specific policy.
  • Refund requests must be made within one week from the course start date or within the first 5 hours of participation, whichever is earlier.
